Who are we:

1. Farra application helps you discover events, restaurants, cafes and entertainment places around you. The application helps you to know the offers and where to go
2. Through the application, we promote the offers, services and products of service providers, for example, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues - through which you can search and compare them.
3. The application does not provide the service of booking



Our app:

1. We take reasonable care in providing our app, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of everything in it (we get information from service providers). We cannot be held responsible for any errors, interruptions, or any missing pieces of information - although we will do our best to correct/fix them as quickly as possible.
2. We do not recommend or endorse any of the service providers, their products or services on our app
3. We are not a party to the Terms between the User and the Service Providers.
4. We will show you the offers available to you in Arabic and English. You can change from one language to another whenever you want.
6. Unless otherwise stated, you must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.




Modifications to the service:

Farra application reserves in its sole discretion to modify the services at any time and without notice and the application does not bear any responsibility towards the user for any of these actions. If you object to such changes, your sole recourse is to stop using the Services and continue using the Services. You acknowledge your acceptance of such changes.



Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we will only be responsible for costs incurred as a direct result of failure by us. This means that, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for (for example) any:
Indirect loss or indirect damage
Inaccurate information about a service provider
A product, service, or procedure from another service provider or business partner
Wrong email address or phone number (unless it's us)
The case of force majeure or an event outside our control.
2. If you breach these Terms and/or the Service Provider Terms, to the extent permitted by law:
We will not be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of this, and
You will not be entitled to any refund.
3. We make no promises about the products and services of the Service Providers (other than what we expressly state in these Terms). Making the right choice(s) is entirely your responsibility.
4. For clarification purposes only: Nothing in these Terms shall authorize any third party other than the Service Provider.
5. You may be protected by mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations, which guarantee you rights that cannot be overridden by any company's terms. In this case, our liability is limited not only by these Terms, but also by any applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
